From Cayce: We're "helping our members improve their way of life, at the lowest possible cost available. And we’re in the business of service, not sales. And this is a message that a lot of utilities are struggling with, and having a hard time. But the world is changing. And we’re rocking along and we’re doing pretty well with our energy efficiency programs."
