Great article in January 2020 Rural Electric Magazine (published by NRECA) on beneficial electrification and opportunities for electric co-ops to help members electrify their homes (particularly space & water heating) and transportation as they lower costs and increase environmental benefits. A few takeaways include: the first Beneficial Electrification League (BEL) chapter is going to be in Colorado, and co-ops in Iowa, Indiana, Minnesota, North Carolina and beyond are all working together on beneficial electrification. The G&T in MN, Great River Energy (GRE), has a quote from Bob Dylan in their lobby: "The times, they are a-changing"
